Refund Policy
We want you to feel confident booking with Bramblewick Speech and Language. If plans change, here is how cancellations and refunds work.
Single sessions
Cancel with at least 24 hours' notice for a full refund or a free rearranged appointment. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, or missed without notice, are charged in full.
Therapy programmes
If you have paid for a block of sessions and wish to stop, we will refund any sessions that have not yet taken place, minus a small administration fee. Sessions already delivered are not refundable.
How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to the original payment method within 10 working days of confirmation.
